The goal of this short course is to enhance collaboration between UF/IFAS Extension faculty and food and agricultural nonprofit organizations in Florida. UF/IFAS Extension is a statewide network of experts that fulfills the UF/IFAS outreach mission by partnering with communities to provide high-quality, research-based relevant education and expertise to foster healthy people, healthy environments, and healthy communities. We want to foster relationships with nonprofits that share UF/Extension’s programmatic goals related to sustainable agriculture, conservation of resources, and improved nutritional outcomes.
